Shipping
Currently we accept online orders for shipment within the continental United States.
- Original artwork is shipped and packaged via UPS or FedEx Ground.
- Printed merchandise is shipped via FedEx Ground.
- Please allow 14-21 business days from the date of your order to your delivery date.
- Prints are available through Fineartamerica.com.
- Once your order is shipped you will receive via email you your tracking number.
- Please include your telephone number with your order so that you can be contacted by the carrier if necessary.
- For international orders, please contact us with your shipping address and we inform you of the shipping cost.
Damage During Shipping
It is not likely that your order will be damaged but in the event that it is, you will receive a full refund or replacement if you provide all of the original packaging for the shipper’s inspection.
- The refund will be issued by the shipper and not Kenneth Hart Studio, Inc.
- Please note, there are no exceptions to this policy.
Prints through Fine Art America
- All orders placed through Fine Art America website are subject to the terms and conditions of Fine Art America.
- Please refer to Fine Art America for print options, sizes and framing options.
Returns or exchanges of original works of art is welcome if the artwork that was shipped:
- Is returned to Kenneth Hart Studio within 7 days from the date of receiving the artwork.
- Arrives in the same exact condition as when the painting shipped.
- Includes all original packaging upon return.
- Arrives after 7 days from the date of delivery, then you will not be eligible for a credit and you must pay for shipping back to the original delivery address.
- Please note there are no exceptions to this policy.
